AVLS Announces its OTCE News Wire Service

AVLS Announces its OTCE News Wire Service

CP, Incorporated (“CPI”) (www.clairepeetz.com) the wholly owned subsidiary of Advanced Lighting Solutions, Inc. (OTC PINK: AVLS) announced today that it is ready to launch the next stage of its four-stage development of The OTC Exchange Group (“OTCE”) (www.OTCExchange.info).

The initial stage was the development of the information boards/forums for consumers and businesses to share information and discuss development and progress of publicly traded securities. The second stage is the launch of its newswire service which offers the traditional national news distribution in the financial publications and other major media outlets in addition to a wide spectrum of social media distribution. The final two stages will include the integration of a Trading Platform and Issuer Services.

OTCE will offer two packages to businesses for its newswire services. The first option allows businesses a “Pay as you go” package for one time press releases at an industry low price of just $99. The second option will allow businesses unlimited access to its newswire services for an annual fee of just $2500, with certain limitations such as only one business per annual membership can utilize the service under the annual contract.

To facilitate the news distribution, OTCE has partnered with UPTICK Newswire, the fastest growing voice in the Micro-cap sector of the market. In forging such a partnership OTCE taps into UPTICK Newswire’s expertise, providing consumers with the services they need in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

“We are in the information era, and we want to make it as easy as possible for micro-cap companies to share the information regarding development and change of their businesses to the financial consumers and other businesses that could benefit from the dissemination of such news,” explained James Morgan, CEO of AVLS. “This second stage is an exciting and much needed development in the micro-cap market.”

AVLS will be sending out invitations to the micro-cap/OTC community in the very near future to utilize the new press system. If you would like to check out the new press wire developments, please visit the following sites:
